I've trie...I'm definitely doing run/walk. I've tried just running, and running 15/walking 5 and overall I always do exactly the same time. I just feel much better doing the run/walk. In a group, I always seem to stay with the same people throughout even though sometimes I'm a bit behind, I always catch up again.<br />We'll definitely get round. Don't worry!kimivoryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11744265259704922635noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2854304101477347881.post-83576169546484528492011-09-16T20:34:53.686+01:002011-09-16T20:34:53.686+01:00LOL - I hope you are well enough for next weekend!...LOL - I hope you are well enough for next weekend! I totally agree with you about running that distance on your own. I have only done 10 miles on my own once, since then its with other people. So glad we are aiming for the same time - we can wave goodbye to Alma when she wants to run of and plod along on our own. I'm even considering a minute walk every mile just to make sure I get round...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
